Healthy Lunch Week

Ingredients

  • 1 package Fresh mung bean sprouts
  • 6 V8 Juice Weekly Pack
  • 1 package hummus Roasted Red Pepper
  • 1 package whole wheat bread Wraps or Slices
  • 4 Apples
  • 1/2 gallon Almond Milk Vanilla Flavor
  • 4 Bananas
  • 1 whole Cucumber
  • 1 package tabouli
  • 1 can Black beans Bush’s beans

Instructions

  1. 1 - Combine all ingredients into weekly Tupperware containers for lunch/snacks.
