Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 24 ounces hash browns shredded
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 3 cups sausage or thick-sliced bacon cooked and crumbled
- 3 cups cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup half & half cream
- 6 whole Eggs beaten
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Spray a 9x13 inch dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add hash browns, brush with butter and brown in oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Layer sausage or bacon and cheese over cooked hash browns.
- Beat together cream, eggs, salt and pepper and pour mixture over casserole.
- Return to oven and bake at 350(F) degrees for 40 minutes, uncovered.
