Make-ahead Breakfast Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon margarine
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 6 slices bacon fried and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
Instructions
- Beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and pepper. In skillet, melt margarine and pour in egg mixture. Cook until set but still moist. Cool, and stir in sour cream.
- Put mixture into a buttered shallow baking pan. Top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning: Bake at 300 degrees (F) for 15 to 20 minutes
