Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb Breakfast Sausage Cooked
- 1 bag (30oz) Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium Onion Chopped/saute
- 1 16oz Sour Cream
- 1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 stick Butter Melted (half in mix half on top)
Instructions
- Cook sausage and onions
- Melt butter
- Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole dish
- Bake 400 for 30 minutes until brown on top and cooked through
