Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage Cooked
  • 1 bag (30oz) Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped/saute
  • 1 16oz Sour Cream
  • 1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 stick Butter Melted (half in mix half on top)

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage and onions
  2. Melt butter
  3. Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole dish
  4. Bake 400 for 30 minutes until brown on top and cooked through
