Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bread
  • 6 each Eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 slices Cheese (Cheese type of your choice)
  • 1 small can Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 pound Sausage cooked, crumbled and drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Juice or small chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Butter a 9 X 13 inch dish.
  2. Trim crust from bread.
  3. Line the buttered dish with the bread.
  4. Cover the bread with cheese slices.
  5. Drain mushrooms and put on top of cheese.
  6. Place crumbled sausage on top of mushrooms.
  7. Mix eggs, milk, salt, onion juice, and dry muster by beating thoroughly.
  8. Pour egg mixture over the other ingredients in dish.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes
