Egg Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 slices Bacon
  • 1/2 slice Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Cups Spinach

Instructions

  1. Steam spinach until wilted. Melt Butter in Pan. Crack eggs and cook in butter until white is cooked almost through. Flip and cook for 10 seconds. Season with salt and pepper. Serve eggs, over steamed spinach, with 3 slices bacon and 1/2 sliced avocado.
