Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 10 hash brown patties frozen
  • 2 cups onions chopped
  • 6 slices bacon cooked
  • 6 breakfast sausage links cooked, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms sliced
  • 1 can black olives sliced
  • 10 slices American cheese
  • 12 Eggs
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Arrange frozen hash browns in pan; sprinkle bacon and sausage pieces over top.
  2. Layer Mushrooms, Onions, and olives over has browns and top with slices of american cheese.
  3. Hand beat eggs and water, season to taste with salt and pepper, and pour over the hash browns. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minuts, or until top is golden brown. Enjoy!
