Crockpot Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 32 ounces Frozen Potatoes
- 1 pound Bacon cooked and diced
- 2 Pounds Sausage cooked
- 8 ounces Cheddar cheese
- 12 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1) Put a liner in your slow cooker.
- 2) Put a layer of frozen potatos in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- 3) Then layer bacon, sausage, cheese. Repeat layers til ingrediatns are gone.
- 4) Beat the eggs, milk and salt and pepper together and pour on top.
- 5) Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours.
- 6) Serve with warm tortillas
