Protein Breakfast Shake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
- 1/4 lemon w/rind optional
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2 Walnuts
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin coconut butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
- Add more water if necessary!
