Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Sausage (Breakfast Sausage)
  • 1 Loaf White Bread
  • 8 Eggs Beaten
  • 4 Cups Milk
  • 1 ⁄2 lb cheddar cheese Grated
  • 1.5 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 tsb Salt

Instructions

  1. Grease 9x13 Pan
  2. Layer 1/2 bread cubes, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 Sausage, Repeat Layers.
  3. Combine Eggs, Milk, Salt & Mustard Mixture over layers.
  4. Cover with foil
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min
  7. remove foil and bake 15 more.
