Sunrise Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs Scramble eggs in a bowl
  • Pinch salt add to eggs
  • Pinch pepper add to eggs
  • 12 Sausage links brown on all sides
  • 12 Slices Turkey bacon brown on both side, but not overcooked
  • 3 slices white bread toasted
  • 3 slices wheat bread toasted
  • 3 English muffins toasted
  • 3 slices Rye bread toasted
  • 2 cups instant grits follow instructions on box

Instructions

  1. Start with cooking the meats
  2. Cook sausage and bacon over medium-low heat until brown on all sides
  3. Put bread in oven on cookie cooling wire racks
  4. Toast breads in oven at 250* , bread should finish when everything else is done.
  5. Scramble eggs and pour into a frying pan on low heat. Wait for bottom to become solid and pull eggs toward the center allowing the uncooked mixture to go to the bottom of the pan. Wait again until it becomes solid before pulling the sides inward. Repeat until eggs are cooked
  6. Last
  7. Pour grits in a bowl and pour hot water over them . Mix until smooth. Put butter, salt, and pepper on grits
