Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage browned, drained
  • 9 ea. Eggs beaten
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 slices bread cut in 1/4 in. cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage and drain. Set aside.
  2. Combine sausage and remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into well-greased 13 X 9 baking dish. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
