Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage browned, drained
- 9 ea. Eggs beaten
- 3 cups milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 slices bread cut in 1/4 in. cubes
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
Instructions
- Brown sausage and drain. Set aside.
- Combine sausage and remaining ingredients.
- Pour into well-greased 13 X 9 baking dish. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
