Breakfast - Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Bacon Slices
Ingredients
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream or coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 ounces Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 whole medium slices of bacon
- 1 whole sprig fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Using low heat, melt your butter in a pan.
- 2. Thoroughly mix your coconut cream, cracked eggs, Parmesan cheese, and salt. Then, pour the mixture into the
- pan.
- 3. Using a spatula stir from the edge of the pan towards the center until the eggs are scrambled. Use low heat to
- obtain creamy soft scrambled eggs.
- 4. Remove your mixture from the heat and decorate it with fresh parsley or other fresh herbs.
- 5. Serve with bacon slices and enjoy!
