Breakfast - Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Bacon Slices

Ingredients

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream or coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 ounces Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 whole medium slices of bacon
  • 1 whole sprig fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Using low heat, melt your butter in a pan.
  2. 2. Thoroughly mix your coconut cream, cracked eggs, Parmesan cheese, and salt. Then, pour the mixture into the

  5. obtain creamy soft scrambled eggs.
  6. 4. Remove your mixture from the heat and decorate it with fresh parsley or other fresh herbs.
