Ingredients

  • 1/2 Ib pork sausage
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 3/4 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 tsbp Baking powder
  • 1/2 salt

Instructions

  1. Directions
  2. In skillet,on medium heat brown the sausage.
  3. Drain fat well,on paper towels.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl,mix the milk,eggs and butter.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients,add to egg mixture,combining well.
  7. Pour half of the batter in a hot,light oiled skillet
