Chicken and Egg Salad Sandwich Lunch BO

Ingredients

  • .5 chicken breast
  • .75 egg hard-boiled
  • .5 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • .25 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  • .25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup split pea soup
  • 2 slices Bread

Instructions

  1. Bake the chicken in the oven at 365 degrees for abut 20 minutes.
  2. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes.
  3. Cut chicken and egg into small bite-sized pieces.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise with the curry powder, adjusting the curry to taste.
  5. Combine salt and basil with chicken and mayonnaise mixtures. Blend well.
  6. Cool in fridge for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve on toast with warmed soup.
