Chicken and Egg Salad Sandwich Lunch BO
Ingredients
- .5 chicken breast
- .75 egg hard-boiled
- .5 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- .25 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- .25 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup split pea soup
- 2 slices Bread
Instructions
- Bake the chicken in the oven at 365 degrees for abut 20 minutes.
- Boil the eggs for 8 minutes.
- Cut chicken and egg into small bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the curry powder, adjusting the curry to taste.
- Combine salt and basil with chicken and mayonnaise mixtures. Blend well.
- Cool in fridge for 10 minutes.
- Serve on toast with warmed soup.
