Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 ounces Ground beef
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons Salsa

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, mix with salsa and cheese, top spinach and lettuce with beef mixture
