Breakfast Sammie

Ingredients

  • 1 English muffins sliced in half
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter cut in half
  • Mayonnaise
  • green salsa
  • hot sauce
  • 2 slices Deli Ham
  • 5-10 green olives sliced

Instructions

  1. 1. Add 1 T butter to pan on medium high heat. Add sliced onions and caramelize til deep brown and set aside.
  2. 2. Put both slices of English muffin into the toaster and toast to desired level.
  3. 3. To pan, add both slices of deli ham (i like honey ham) and crisp in pan. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. 4. Add 1 T butter to pan and crack egg into pan, breaking the yolk but not scrambling. Cook on both sides until edges are crispy and yolk is hard.
  5. 5. To english muffin slices, add mayo, green salsa, and hot sauce to taste on one side. On the other side in order, add ham, tomato, caramelized onion, green olives, and egg. Smush together and make best hangover sandwich known to man.
