Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 # pork sausage
- 2 1/2 cup croutons
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan. Cover bottom of pan with croutons.
- Cook and drain sausage.
- Put on top of croutons.
- Add cheese.
- Mix up eggs and milk and dry mustard.
- Put on top of cheese.
- Mix 1/2 cup of milk with soup and pour over top.
- Cover and refrigerate over night.
- Top with cheese. Next morning.
- Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hrs.
