Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Hot Sausage
  • 1 pound Mild Sausage
  • 3 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. - Spray 10x13 pan with Pam
  2. - Spread bread crumbs on bottom
  3. - Beat eggs & milk, put sauce on bread crumbs
  4. - Put egg mixture on top of sausage, then sprinkle cheese on top
  5. - Store in refrigerator overnight
  6. - Bake for 50 mns @ 350 degrees
