Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound Hot Sausage
- 1 pound Mild Sausage
- 3 cups Bread Crumbs
- 8 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- - Spray 10x13 pan with Pam
- - Spread bread crumbs on bottom
- - Beat eggs & milk, put sauce on bread crumbs
- - Put egg mixture on top of sausage, then sprinkle cheese on top
- - Store in refrigerator overnight
- - Bake for 50 mns @ 350 degrees
