Breakfast: 1 cup Grain & 1 piece Fruit (or 1 cup)

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Instant Oatmeal Original / plain
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 slice ezekiel toast toasted
  • 1 whole apple
  • 1 cup strawberry
  • 1 whole Orange
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • 1 whole grapefruit
  • 1 whole pear
  • 1 whole Red Plum

Instructions

  1. Eat 1 cup grains
  2. 1 piece fruit
  3. IE -
  4. - Oatmeal with cut up apple, dash of cinnamon, and drop or two of vanilla
  5. - Cup of rice with pineapple
  6. - Ezekiel Toast w/ Fruit on top
