Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups carots shredded
  • 2 cups tomatoes diced
  • 1 1/3 cups snap peas chopped
  • 12 slices turkey bacon microwaved & crumbled
  • 4 ounces reduced fat mozzarella cheese grated or diced
  • 3/4 cup Nancy’s Reduced Fat Blue Cheese Dressing

Instructions

  1. MICROWAVE turkey bacon (4 to 5 minutes)
  2. LARGE BOWL combine all ingredients except for dressing.
  3. TOP with blue cheese.
