Breakfast Of Berries And Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • leftover cooked brown rice (basmati is best!)
  • frozen mixed berries
  • maple syrup
  • handful of slivered almonds
  • butter
  • milk or cream
  • cinnamon
  • maybe some banana slices
  • and a touch of vanilla

Instructions

  1. lightly brown almond slivers in skillet over medium heat
  2. heat up a bowl of rice
  3. butter it up
  4. splash of maple syrup
  5. handful of berries
  6. handful of fragrant warm almonds
  7. dash of cinnamon.
  8. pour a bit of cream or milk over all.
