Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Sausage crumbled and cooked
  • 7 Eggs beaten
  • 6 slices Bread
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Layer lightly greased dish with bread. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over bread. Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard in bowl then pour over sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for at least 45 minutes (usually takes at least an hour).
