Breakfast pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 tube/pound sausage, fried, cumbled
  • 2 cups thawed O’Brien hash browns
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 375
  2. Press crescent rolls into ungreased 13x9 pan (turn edges up a little)
  3. sprinkle with cooked sausage, hash browns, and cheese
  4. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper
  5. Pour over crust
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes (until eggs are set and cheese is melted)
