Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Pork Sausage
  • 12 each Eggs Beaten
  • 4 cups Milk
  • 12 slices Bread Cubed
  • 2 tablespoons Dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork sausage. Drain off fat.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large, covered mixing bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
