Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich (Protein)
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs Scrambled
- .5 Cup Cottage cheese
- .25 Cup Cheese Grated
- Seasoning For eggs
- .5 cup Mayonnaise
- Sriracha
- Soy sauce
- Lemon juice
- Canadian bacon
- Sliced cheese
- English muffin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Scramble eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, seasonings, chives together
- Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes
- Mix together Mayo, sriracha, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Assemble sandwich with cheese and Canadians bacon/ham
