Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich (Protein)

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs Scrambled
  • .5 Cup Cottage cheese
  • .25 Cup Cheese Grated
  • Seasoning For eggs
  • .5 cup Mayonnaise
  • Sriracha
  • Soy sauce
  • Lemon juice
  • Canadian bacon
  • Sliced cheese
  • English muffin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Scramble eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, seasonings, chives together
  3. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes
  4. Mix together Mayo, sriracha, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper
  5. Assemble sandwich with cheese and Canadians bacon/ham
