Egg salad dip with herbs
Ingredients
- 4 Hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup plain yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp finely chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dried
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
Instructions
- Blends eggs with yoghurt and remaining ingredients. Chill until ready to serve with vegetables or chips. Use within 3 days
