Egg salad dip with herbs

Ingredients

  • 4 Hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp finely chopped green onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dried
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. Blends eggs with yoghurt and remaining ingredients. Chill until ready to serve with vegetables or chips. Use within 3 days
