Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • Pinch Ground cumin
  • 50 grams Quark Cheese
  • 25 grams Black beans
  • 1/2 Red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Salsa

Instructions

  1. Whisk Egg, Milk, Cumin and cook in pan
  2. When almost cooked through add pepper beans and cheese
  3. Fold omelette over and leave to cook through
  4. Serve with coriander and salsa
