Breakfast Muffin Quiche
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 1 cup Spinach or Kale
- 1 cup Cheese, any but Cheddar & Feta fare well
- 1/2 cup Red onion
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Ham, Turkey Sauage or Bacon Chopped or crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Whisk eggs and milk, Add all other ingredients and gently mix.
- Spray muffin pan with Pam and fill each a little more than half full. Cook for 20 mins and server
