Breakfast Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tortilla
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried thyme
  • Chili flakes
  • Cheese of choice

Instructions

  1. Crack eggs into bowl, whisk with the seasonings listed, or the seasonings of your liking.
  2. Pour into a pan on medium heat. Place tortilla right on top, in the center of the pan.
  3. Once the edges of the egg/tortilla come off of the pan easily, then you can flip it over.
  4. Add cheese of your choice on top. Fold tortilla in half, cook until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese melts.
  5. Remove from pan, plate it, cut it into 3 or 4 pieces.
