Breakfast Patties with Liver

Ingredients

  • 1 pounds ground pork
  • 1/4 pound beef liver pureed
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds toasted and ground
  • 5 sprigs sage
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 6 sprigs parsley
  • 2 stems rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Divide each pound of meat into 8 patties. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping patties halfway through cooking time.
