Breakfast Patties with Liver
Ingredients
- 1 pounds ground pork
- 1/4 pound beef liver pureed
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds toasted and ground
- 5 sprigs sage
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 6 sprigs parsley
- 2 stems rosemary
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients. Divide each pound of meat into 8 patties. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping patties halfway through cooking time.
