Breakfast Casserole #4
Ingredients
- 2 c Shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 ds Pepper
- 12 sl White bread
- 2 ts Prepared mustard
- 6 Slightly beaten eggs
- 4 c milk
- 2 lb Pork sausage
Instructions
- Fit 1 layer of trimmed bread slices on buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Brown sausage; drain fat. Stir in mustard with sausage. Spoon sausage evenly over layer of bread. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese on top; layer bread next. Sprinkle remain- der of cheese. Combine all other ingredients; spoon over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Best to prepare night before.
