Breakfast Croissant
Ingredients
- 1 8-oz can Croissant
- Fat Free Cream Cheese softened
- 6 Eggs scrambled
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- Mushrooms chopped
- 6 slices Deli Ham
- 5 slices Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Roll out croissants and kneed triangles to make one long rectangle. Cover with desired amount of cream cheese. Lay cheese down center of the croissants.
- Scramble Eggs. Put scrambled eggs on top of cheese down length of croissants. Sautee onions and mushrooms. Lay over eggs. Lay ham on top of everything.
- Pull up both sides of croissants to completly enclose ingredients to create a long roll.
- Put in oven on 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Take out when croissants begin to brown. Let cool about 5-10 minutes. Cut and serve.
- You can use anything you like in this. I’ve used bacon, turkey, chicken, etc. Serve with side of fruit.
