Crockpot Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 Bags Frozen diced hash browns
  • 12-14 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Diced ham
  • 3 Cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray crock pot with nonstick spray. Add 2 bags frozen diced hash browns. Beat 12-14 eggs with 1 cup milk. Set aside. Cook up diced ham, sausage, or whatever meat you want. Add to hash browns. Add 1 bag (2 cups) shredded cheese. Mix well. Add eggs. Stir again, mixing well. Add about 1 cup shredded cheese. Cook on low for about 7 hours.
