- 1 cup tinned corn
- 10 button mushrooms
- 2 1/2 avocado
- 1 bag Cheese (500g)
- 2 Hard boiled eggs
- 700 grams poached chicken 14 portions of 50g
- 50 grams Tuna
- 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 bottle virgin olive oil for frying
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons Sweet chilli sauce
