  • 2 cup boiled rice
  • 3/4 cup quinoa
  • 1 nori sheet
  • 2 rice papers
  • 8 cucmber
  • 6 carrot
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 1/2 capsicum
  • 1/2 handful of rocket
  • 33 cos lettuce leaves
  • 1 small beetroot
  • 1 bag green grapes
  • 4 apples
  • 2 punnets Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup tinned corn
  • 10 button mushrooms
  • 2 1/2 avocado
  • 1 bag Cheese (500g)
  • 2 Hard boiled eggs
  • 700 grams poached chicken 14 portions of 50g
  • 50 grams Tuna
  • 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 bottle virgin olive oil for frying
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Sweet chilli sauce

Instructions

  1. Also need;
  2. 2 Sushi mats
  3. Chicken poached x 2
  4. Eggs boiled x 2
  5. Rice boiled x 3
  6. Hot water for rice papers
  7. Sandwich press
  8. grease proof paper
  9. oil for frying
