Breakfast Casserole (from Cooks.com)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. pork sausage (1 hot, 1 mild) (I have also used the breakfast
  • type flavored sausage and it also works great with coo
  • 3 c. Milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 9 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
  • 1 sm. bag Ore Ida hash browns (I use the shredded ones)

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage over medium heat until done, stirring to crumble. Drain
  2. well on paper towels, set aside. In same skillet, brown hash browns,
  3. over medium heat. Combine sausage, hash browns and remaining
  4. ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a well greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch
  5. baking pan. Refrigerate covered, overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1
  6. hour.
