Nutritionist Breakfast 6: Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal cooked
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon almonds
- 1 tablespoon dried raisins or cranberries
- 1 dash cinnamon
Instructions
- To 1 cup of cooked oatmeal, add 1 tbs brown sugar, 1 tbs almonds, 1 tbs dried raisins or cranberries, and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
