Breakfast casserole
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Bacon Crisp and crumble
- 1 medium Onion Chopped and saute
- 6-8 Eggs Beaten
- 4 Cups Frozen hash browns Thawed
- 2 Cups Cheddar Shredded
- 1 1/2 Cups Small curd cottage cheese
- 1 1/4 Cups Shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Combine all in greased 13 x 9 pan
- Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes
- Let stand 10 minutes before cutting
