Country Style Scrambled Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 16-oz can chopped spinach drained well
  • 2 Eggs beaten (for 2 servings) or 3 eggs (for 3 servings)
  • 1 tbsp bacon bits (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoning of choice

Instructions

  1. Melt butter on med-low in a skillet. Mix drained spinach with eggs. Add bacon bits and seasoning. Scramble lightly over heat, and cook stirring once or twice until done. Serve hot.
