Country Style Scrambled Spinach
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 16-oz can chopped spinach drained well
- 2 Eggs beaten (for 2 servings) or 3 eggs (for 3 servings)
- 1 tbsp bacon bits (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Seasoning of choice
Instructions
- Melt butter on med-low in a skillet. Mix drained spinach with eggs. Add bacon bits and seasoning. Scramble lightly over heat, and cook stirring once or twice until done. Serve hot.
