T-Jam Waffle Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 multigrain wallfe
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 slice turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Toast the multi-grain waffle, and cook the turkey back (use pre-cooked if available). Top the waffle with blueberries and add sides of bacon and cottage cheese.
