Breakfast Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6-8 large white potatoes sliced thin, placed in buttered pyrex dish
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup Half-and-half cream
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup Gruyere chees
- Paprika
Instructions
- Sprinkle onion, cream of celery soup, half and half and S&P in a bowl, pour over potatoes
- Add gruyere cheese and paprika on top
- Bake: 350 for 1 hour
