Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6-8 large white potatoes sliced thin, placed in buttered pyrex dish
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup Half-and-half cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Gruyere chees
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle onion, cream of celery soup, half and half and S&P in a bowl, pour over potatoes
  2. Add gruyere cheese and paprika on top
  3. Bake: 350 for 1 hour
